Hey team,
I edited the unit outline and turned all the lessons into paragraphs. I highligted them in pink so you knew which ones I edited (I didnt touch your ones that you are teaching the lessons on). Feel free to change what I wrote, but I thought it would be easier if I just wrote em up and then you guys can edit/change/add to it so at least we have something :)
ps. please double check my spelling and fix that if you see any errors/typos.
Pip, I wrote it to go along the new outcome you thought would be better, I think it works too :)

Okay so now the paragraphs are majority done, all we need to really focus on is a lesson each, schweettt

-rest, active and passive pursuits, leisure, nutrition
-regular participation in activitiy.

because then we can disscuss need for physical activity and nutrition.
